Please accept our heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, however, Love leaves a memory that no one can steal. REMEMBER THE GOOD TIMES - BECAUSE WE KNOW THERE WERE MANY - and what a good life you all had with Jane. She loved each of you dearly - You three were her life! May the Lord lift you up, comfort you and carry you through the days to come. Lean on family and friends and let them help you. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

We love you,

Sharon, Don, Kristi, Fate, Kyle, Sally, Levi, Rebecca, Silas and Millie

"To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord." I know you will miss her horribly, I do my parents, but in Christ we always have that hope of seeing them again. We love you terribly and hope that you know you are in our prayers.

Im so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for the family. Jane was a great person and she kept her Mother Mrs. Nichols alive thru her. I loved coming in the flower shop and remembering the days of Mrs Nichols being my teacher in school and Jane was a fond reminder of my youth and such a super great person. God be with the family!

Ed, Emily, Howard, Sarah and Preston,

I'm so saddened by Jane's death. She will be missed by so many in our community. Always one to smile when I stopped by her shop, I will truly miss seeing that. I'm thankful she is with our Heavenly Father and her body is restored to full health. I pray this thought gives you some comfort in the midst of your grief.

Dear Ed, Emily, Howard, Sara and Preston,

Randall and I are deeply saddened by Jane Ellen's passing. We loved her so. Whether I was "saying it with flowers," shopping for a unique gift, or just browsing in the shop; we bonded closely. We shared lots of hugs, tears, prayers, and laughter down through the years. I will ever cherish those many times this creative and talented classmate was there for me.
May you all be comforted during this most difficult time. She so loved her family and was so excited when the two "sons" joined the circle! God has taken one of our best; she has left a legacy and most importantly...a reminder that we can be here today and gone tomorrow. This was a loving follower of Christ.
Thanks so much for creating a lovely memorial arrangement to represent the Old Fort Class of 1966. She was so engaged in our class reunions; even back the past fall, when she expressed her excitement about seeing those from far away and locals seldom seen. Classmates will be dropping by the shop to make their contributions. Additionally, others are submitting monies on the wreath to McDowell Flowers, PO Box 817, OFNC 28762.

Our love and prayers,
Randall (Class of '63- Eds) and LaVon C. Walker ('66)
