This was very sad news indeed. I am very sorry for your loss. I can remember when I was a kid going up to grandpa's cabin at Mt. Hebron and walking through the Walker's apple orchard, taking a drive over to see Mama Walker and Jimmy and the Walker family. You are all wonderful people. Jimmy will be missed.

Barbara and Family,
I was shocked to get the sad news about Jimmy''''''''s passing. When I came to work for the McDowell SWCD, Jimmy was on the board. He was always supportive of anything that I presented to the board and I still miss seeing him at our board meetings. I know he thought 33 years was long enough to serve!.
I am sure that he is free of pain and in a land where he will "Never Grow Old"...it makes Heaven sweeter, doesn''''''''t it?
You are in my thoughts and prayers,
Mott

Dear Barbara, Jeannie and Family,
We are so saddened to hear of Jimmy''''s passing. What a fine soft-spoken gentleman he was. We always enjoyed talking with him while at your store.
We always told him how lucky we are that his Crooked Creek Store was there for all of us, instead of having to always drive into town. Very convienient for everyone and we could always get gas at a great price too.
Please know that you all have our deepest sympathy and that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

We were all saddened to her of the loss of your father. At times like these we reflect back on the good times we all shared together and resolve to move forward and express our love and devotion to our own children and extended family. We look forward to sharing more of those memories of your dad and your family in the future as we gather to celebrate the passing of time. God bless you and Frank and family during this difficult time.

Dear Barbara, Jeannie, and all the family,
We are deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved husband, daddy, and grandpa Jimmy. A hard-working man, with a gentle and kind persona; Jimmy made a difference wherever he went.
Be comforted in the days ahead by the One Who loves you and cares for you. May you feel His presence as He carries you along, when adjustments seem impossible and days are difficult. |
