Alma (Blevins) Hale

Obituary

Alma Blevins Hale, age 99, of Old Fort, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at her residence with her daughter Brenda by her side. A native of Scott County, TN, Alma was born on November 22, 1920 to the late Henley Blevins and Lou West Blevins.  Alma loved going to church and was a member of Old Fort Church of God. She was full of love and always looking for ways to express her love to others.  Her love got her a job as a grandparent at the Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation in Black.  Alma was known for her hugs and they will be missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Mount H. Hale, Sr. 

Surviving are her four children, Sue Moore, Rosemary Moore, Mount “Monty” Hale, Jr. (Willen) all of O.H. and Brenda Davis (Robert) of Old Fort, NC; ten grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
